We ship to addresses in the United States.

The shipping cost for your order is shown on the secure payment page before you pay.

Glass and ceramic pieces, like carafes, teapots and cups, are packed in their own padded box and may arrive on a different day from the rest of an order.

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

If a package is late, damaged or missing, email support@tidessourcegoods.com with your order number and we'll sort it out.
